Right now the Houston Texans are 2-1 in their preseason game series. With one more preseason game this Thursday at 7 p.m. at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, the Texans will play the 49ers with hopes of a win. Keenum and Savage will both be putting in major time Thursday’s game in hopes to with the number two QB position. Clowney is not expected to play. The Texans season opener will be against the Washington Redskins at 12 p.m. on Sunday, September 7th at NRG Stadium in Houston. This should be an exciting game! Cushing, and JJ Watt will both be back in full swing, and hopefully Clowney will be returning after receiving a minor injury in practice against the Denver Broncos last week.
